    We’ll have a 30-minute conversation about your event. I’ll learn about your audience, goals, and any themes or inside jokes you'd like to include, and follow up with a quote.

  • 📝 Step 2: I Create Your Game

    Using what I’ve learned, I’ll craft a fully customized game with trivia, puzzles, audio & visual clues, and surprises to keep everyone engaged.

  • 🎤 Step 3: I Host—You Relax!

    On game day, I bring everything needed to run the show. Whether in-person or virtual, you can sit back and enjoy while I keep the fun going!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I have a host (pun intended) of game formats ready to be customized for your event. I’ll recommend the best format based on your group size and whether it makes sense to play individually or in teams. 

    Options include:

    • The Custom Trivia Game Show: my most-booked game with cleverly-crafted rounds of trivia curated specifically for your event.

    • Teammate Trivia– a completely unique game where the questions uncover surprise facts and hidden talents about your team members!

    • Custom versions of game show classics like “Friendly Feud” and “The Matchy-Match Game”

    • Themed trivia games for your company holiday party, or many other holidays / celebrations / observances throughout the year (i.e. Halloween, Pride Month, springtime), 

  • Most game packages have options for 60, 75, or 90 minutes. If you’re looking for something shorter or longer, let’s chat!

  • For in-person events, typically I just need access to electricity and a table. I will meet with you to discuss what A/V the event space already provides, but rest assured that I can bring whatever else  is needed (speaker, microphone, display screen, etc.). I will also bring all materials needed for the game like handouts, custom-designed answer packets, and pencils.

    For virtual events:  I use Zoom, but can adapt to your preferred platform. Players just need a device with internet access.

  • Yes! My husband and I run this business together—I’ll host the game, while Alex manages scoring and behind-the-scenes tech.

  • Yes! Travel within 20 miles of Grand Rapids, MI is included in my pricing. Beyond that, I charge roundtrip mileage based on federal rates. For longer distances requiring flights or hotel stays, I’ll provide a custom travel quote based on your event location.

  • Yes! If you need a charismatic emcee that cares about your event as much as you do, I’m your host!

  • Of course! Absolutely! With 20 years of event planning experience, I know how to keep an event running smoothly. During our pre-event meeting, we’ll discuss any special announcements, speeches, or surprise elements you’d like included.

    If you have a DJ, photographer, or other entertainment, I’ll communicate with them day-of to ensure a smooth flow.

  • As a small business, I love payment by check to cut out on card processing fees. But, I know a card payment is often easiest and breeziest, so I can create an invoice for you that can be paid online with a card or ACH transfer.

    I am also happy to accept cash, Venmo, or PayPal payments.

  • If you loved the experience and would like to tip, you’ll see an option on your invoice to add a tip, or you can tip in cash at the event. It’s always appreciated but never expected!
